We use dynamic pricing (important!)
The prices on this page are our minimum advertised rates for 2026.
• ✅ Your rate will never be lower than the prices shown here
• 📈 But it may be higher at busy times (especially weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays)
• The booking calendar shows the live price for your exact dates and accommodation type.
Tip: If you’re flexible, midweek and off-peak dates are usually best value.
What’s included in every stay
• Your own firepit outside your Pod / Tent (wood available to buy on site)
• Access to the Communal Lodge with:
o Microwave, toaster & kettle (bring your own crockery/cutlery)
o Fridge/freezers for storing food & drink (labels provided)
o Showers & toilets (including accessible facilities)
• Daily animal feeds (approx. 4pm)
• Food van open at peak times (Fri/Sat & school holiday dates) serving breakfast butties & evening pizzas/hot dogs

Bell Tents (Season: 27 March – 31 October)
What’s included
• Sleeps 2 adults (max) + up to 4 children
• No pets
• Double bed + double sofa/futon bed
• Wood burning stove + furnishings
• Check-in 3pm–8pm, check-out 10:30am
Bell Tent rates
• £85/night — Sun–Thu (excluding school holidays)
• £125/night — selected school holiday dates (Easter / May Half Term / Oct Half Term)
• £135/night — Fri–Sat, Bank Holiday Sundays & all summer holiday dates
• Min. 2-night stay on Bank Holiday weekends (when arriving Fri or Sat)

Camping Pods (Season: 1 January – 19 December)
Pod stays include…
• Sleeps 2 adults (max) + up to 2 children (£5 per child/night)
• 2 single beds/mattresses + battery light (bring bedding; airbeds optional)
• Firepit outside
• Check-in 2pm–8pm, check-out 11am

Standard Non Heated Pod
• £60/night — Off peak (Sun–Thu, excluding school holidays)
• £70/night — Peak (Fri–Sat & all school holiday dates)
Heated Pod (radiator)

• £80/night — Peak (Fri–Sat & all school holiday dates)
Extras
• Children: £5 per child per night

Family Sized Heated Pods
Includes:

Wood-Fired Hot Tubs
Before you book, here’s what to expect (so there are no surprises):
• Hot Tubs Designed for 2 people
• Wood + kindling included
• Available from check-in until 11pm
• Takes up to 2 hours to heat
• Recommended minimum age 14 (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
• No electricity/jets — just wood-fired relaxation
Bell Tents with Hot Tub
• £180/night — Off peak (Sun–Thu, excluding school holiday dates)
• £189/night — Peak (Fri–Sat & all school holiday dates)
Pods with Hot Tubs (Lake View + Woods View)
• £169/night — Off peak (Sun–Thu, excluding school holiday dates)
• £179/night — Peak (Fri–Sat & all school holiday dates)
Extras:

Because prices can increase at busy times, here’s the simplest way to think about it:
• Camping Pods: from £60–£80/night (+ children/dogs)
• Family Heated Pods: from £85–£100/night (+ children/dogs)
• Bell Tents: from £85–£135/night (no pets)
• Hot Tub Pods: from £169–£179/night (+ children/dogs)
• Hot Tub Bell Tent: from £180–£189/night (no pets)
Terms, cancellations & who we’re best suited for
Cancellation policy (direct website bookings)
• 30+ days’ notice: 90% refund
• 14–29 days’ notice: 50% refund
• 13 days or less: 0% refund
• Date changes: £10 admin fee (with 14+ days’ notice)
• We recommend holiday insurance (booking protection can be added when booking)
Group bookings
We’re a family-oriented site and we keep things peaceful.
• No bookings for the whole site
• No groups over 6 adults max (or 3 units)
• No stag/hen/single sex groups
• No “party” style holidays
• Noise cut-off 9:30pm and curfew outside 11pm

Why are my dates showing higher than the prices on this page?
Because we use dynamic pricing. The prices above are minimum advertised rates, but live prices can increase during busy periods (weekends, bank holidays, school holidays).
How do I get the best price?
Book early, consider Sun–Thu, and avoid peak holiday weeks where possible.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome in pods for £5 per dog per night. No pets in bell tents.
Do we need to bring bedding?
Yes, please bring your own bedding for pods and bell tents.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Pods: 2pm–8pm/11am
Bell tents: 3pm–8pm/10:30am
Is food available on site?
We are a self-catering site. Although we do have a food van on site open weekends and all school holidays.

Vouchers (Virgin/Red Letter Days/Buy A Gift/Activity Superstore)
Voucher stays can’t be redeemed online, via the booking system, or over the phone.
