I wanted to share some exciting updates about what’s happening here at Stanley Villa Farm…
We’re moving forward with the build of 5 NEW Family-sized Pods:
- 1 x Woods View Pod with Hot Tub (this will be our 3rd in that area).
- 2 x Pods near the car parking area, replacing Pods 20 & 21 – these will be built with ramps and wider doorways to improve accessibility.
- 2 x Pods replacing 18 & 19, giving these plots a fresh new upgrade.
(If you know anybody wanting to buy any of the older style Pods – I’ll soon have 5 for sale)
Alongside this, we’re also looking at adding a new pathway through the woods and around the back lake, which will make the site even more enjoyable and easier to explore.
The lodge development is also coming on really well. We spent a full day last week finalising layouts, fixtures, and fittings, and we’re aiming to have the first lodge on site at the start of December. This will be our show lodge, which we’ll then use to sell the other two from – as holiday homes.
