Imagine spending a weekend (or longer!) enjoying the peace and tranquility of our coarse fishing lake, rod in hand!

Here at Stanley Villa Farm we have everything you need for the perfect coarse fishing break: a 4 acre carp lake, glamping pods, bell tents, fire pits, and fishing bait to buy in our onsite shop – all you need to bring is your rod (or you can hire them from us!), your fishing licence, sleeping bags, and some food!

If you need any fishing supplies while you’re here, or simply want to browse for some new tackle, there are some great fishing shops nearby. If you also enjoy sea fishing or fly fishing, there are some excellent spots around the local area (see our Days Out section below).

Facilities & Amenities

When you’re not relaxing by the fishing lake, Stanley Villa Farm has everything you need for an enjoyable break.

All of our Pods and Bell Tents have their own firepit, and you can buy disposable BBQs from our onsite shop. We have a communal kitchen with vending machines, a clean and spacious shower block, and toilet facilities. If you are staying onsite with youngsters, there is plenty of outdoor space for them to run around and play games when they aren’t trying to land the biggest catch of the day (please remember to supervise children closely near the water).

We keep chickens & sheep on the site (fenced off) and all guests are invited to take part in feeding time (quite often the adults love this as much as the children!).
